#82 1 year, 9 months, 13 days ago After days of going full throttle, tonight I'm taking a break. The method is simple: come home after Isya, don't go to the 2nd floor (computer room). Go straight in front of the TV, lie down. Done. As a result, I slept like a log until 4 a.m.. This break isn't really mental. Just physically tired. Since January 1, you know! Full until the 6th with no break! If I followed my desire, I'd actually still want to work more. A break like this will be a very high-quality break: waking up with a fresh body and a light head. Just leave at dawn, enjoy the morning air and be khusyu’. Then when I come back I'll be ready to start going full throttle again. My one passion: this #dcsi #rwid system should be able to be scaled in such a way that 100jt capital can get a full return, at most within 2 months returning 140jt. If I can make this happen, I can continue to phase 3: SBBS. Sale Backed Banking System. So, my trilogy of capital economics theory is: 1. GBS - Gold Backed Syirkah: creating a startup whose valuation is based on real assets in the form of gold. It must not be polished with all sorts of pitch decks and presented to VCs to get funded. The VC then polishes it again so it can enter the funding round above it, blowing up the valuation until it's finally judged a Unicorn even though it's still losing billions every month. But it's still publicized massively so people are mesmerized, " The first Unicon to list on the stock exchange!" and the founder is beaming, " Successfully raised 21T!". Then at EXIT. Woo.. good grief! If now it's -88% like this and say it goes bankrupt, how is the founder accountable if death comes and he's reckoned by Ar-Rahman:" You come back here first, even though over there there are still housewives hoping to get profit from your capital gain but their funds have disappeared -88%, from 100jt only 12jt left. What is your accountability?" " Yeah, high risk high return" " But why did you EXIT?"".. because I knew it would eventually lose"" Why didn't you tell them all to EXIT?"" Well then I wouldn't be able to EXIT at the maximum number"" That means you really knew they would lose so you EXITed quickly, right?""... yes"" Okay, fine. That's just the reckoning for Rp 1 in your cash. Now Rp 2, from the total Rp 1T you managed to raise."" ... " So, don't play around with a lot of wealth, okay: not only what it's earmarked for ("I already pay zakat and give charity"), but you must think deeply about its source. And the source of halal wealth is only in Bai' (exchange of goods and services in the real market). Buying and selling. Other than that is riba. I have a strict view on riba... #74 2 years, 4 months, 13 days ago Optimal: I don't know what else to add to this setup anymore. After years of trying all sorts of things, usually it doesn't last 2 weeks, always changing things .. this has been over 4 months and I haven't changed a thing at all. Perfect. And finally found a Jetbrains theme that fits my eyes and is also nostalgic: Fluorescent. The green color is awesome! Ahaha. Maybe it's also available in VSCode. Screenshot of the theme in the comment. Note: yesterday I was thinking of changing the bottom screen to OLED too, but after playing with contrast (I set it higher than brightness): it's close to what I want. in
#73 2 years, 4 months, 19 days ago Tapera oh tapera... As an IT person, when I continued to a Master's in Economics, the first class immediately impressed me: thinking about other people. Empathy. Ten years of undergraduate Computer Science at UGM (a duration that can never be replicated again) .. I had never thought about other people at all. What I was thinking about was OOP, optimization, databases and so on. Now, home ownership is one of the thorny problems that won't be solved. Because the backlog will definitely keep increasing: because land prices will definitely rise (as the remaining land narrows) and also inflation erodes people's purchasing power. Messy, right? Financial hacks for home ownership are always being developed. From the sharia aspect, the problem is even more complicated: because in the house sale-purchase contract, the presence or absence of riba elements must be considered. The judgment that Islamic banking is also still indicated to have riba in home ownership also makes this problem messy. How do we solve it? Want me to tell you? Your salary has to be in dollars. Your minimum wage has to be New York's minimum wage. Done, that settles all the problems above https://remoteworker.id Example: Jogja especially, the 3rd city with the most expensive property prices after Jakarta and Denpasar. Even though it is the city with the 5th lowest minimum wage (cmiiw) in Indonesia. How can someone with a Jogja minimum wage salary be able to buy a house? That's why work remotely abroad (TKI 2.0) and .. export your work results while your body is still in Jogja. You'll be amazed: a salary of 40 million, in a city with a minimum wage of 2 million. You can manage much of the rest to buy land in cash first, then build gradually. It's important to secure the land. The building can follow sometime later. My current house: ==> https://lnkd.in/gysBpAPv Alhamdulillah, so much. There's no way that could be caught up to with Jogja's minimum wage.. in
