I personally am really not into Crypto (suprise surprise!) but totally okay with Blockchain.
What's interesting is the ledger part: if there's ever a solution where transactions are published on a blockchain ledger.. those would already be naked transactions and impossible to hide.

They won't be able to answer, right? So that's just a marketing trick. With the words guaranteeing you'll get remote work, then you're willing to pay a lot, up to a steep amount. With the calculation: it can be paid once you get a job later."

No, not really. The guarantee comes with T&Cs.
There may even be terms where if certain T&Cs aren't met, the registration fee won't be refunded. Just check it===A little reflection.RWID actually never had any guarantee words, just casual: join for around 1 million, follow the process. Already broken into remote work? Alhamdulillah. I am happy for you.
Those who join for 500k, there are also those who get jobs paying up to 100 million/month. And that's their right. I am so happy for you!
But then some started DMing me: a lot, really:"
Sir, is this guaranteed to get a job?""
No. It all still depends on your effort"
Besides, it's rude: join for around 1 million, and then asking to be guaranteed a job paying 30 million/month. That's just not fair, come on!
I still want to insist there are no guarantee words. But good grief, so many people ask like that.
Finally I researched: oh, there are lots of bootcamps that guarantee you'll get a job, huh. No wonder.OKAY THEN! I guarantee:
1. At first I followed the existing pattern: pay a lot upfront 26.5 million, if you don't break through within 6 months, I return 20 million. The 6.5 million can't be returned. Because that's production cost.
2. But somehow it didn't feel comfortable: really hard to put into bookkeeping. That 20 million can't be called revenue: because there's a risk it becomes debt.
3. Besides, it's really burdensome for registrants, right?SO THEN I changed it:"
You join at 6.5 million. AND I GUARANTEE YOU'LL BREAK INTO REMOTE WORK!""
What if I don't break through, Pak Eko?""

When Russia attacked Ukraine, at that time the world was afraid. And, when afraid, humans will immediately shrink back and stash their wealth into Gold: so, you can see, gold rose extremely from February to March.
At that time, everyone assumed Russia would quickly defeat small Ukraine: but it turned out that until 6 months later.. it was actually Russia that got pushed back.
On the other hand, NATO's embargo on Russia caused an energy crisis that raised world fuel prices: as a result, very high inflation in America and Europe. Inflation never recorded in their 40 years.
The Fed, simply raised Dollar interest rates in the hope that Dollars would flow into America and lower the inflation rate. People who began to calm down with the Russia war pulled back their gold and stored it in Dollars.
As a result, gold declined, the dollar strengthened.
How to understand this phenomenon?
Simple: fear and greed.

The world should have a protest against America when it arbitrarily left the Brenton Wood Agreement, where it was set 1 Dollar = 0.35 ounce of gold.
At will (if they need money), America just prints paper money (Fiat) without a gold base. As a result?

Final revision:===A syirkah contract is a cooperation contract between two or more parties for a particular business in which each party contributes 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥/funds/business capital (ra’s al-mal), where funds/non-skill capital will be provided in gold grams and capital in the form of skill is also provided in gold whose grams are determined based on agreement from the percentage of gold capital that has been collected. What Mas Eko Wibowo said yesterday on the #podcast is actually still a big unresolved issue for most companies. In fact, recently, a study from Tinypulse also showed that around 74% of office workers do not receive proper appreciation or recognition for their efforts at the office.
Yet the way to appreciate employees is simple, you know. It doesn't always have to be money, you know. For example, giving sincere praise, treating the whole team to a meal, or giving extra time off or flexible time to work from home.
