When Russia attacked Ukraine, at that time the world was afraid. And, when afraid, humans will immediately shrink back and stash their wealth into Gold: so, you can see, gold rose extremely from February to March.
At that time, everyone assumed Russia would quickly defeat small Ukraine: but it turned out that until 6 months later.. it was actually Russia that got pushed back.
On the other hand, NATO's embargo on Russia caused an energy crisis that raised world fuel prices: as a result, very high inflation in America and Europe. Inflation never recorded in their 40 years.
The Fed, simply raised Dollar interest rates in the hope that Dollars would flow into America and lower the inflation rate. People who began to calm down with the Russia war pulled back their gold and stored it in Dollars.
As a result, gold declined, the dollar strengthened.
How to understand this phenomenon?
Simple: fear and greed.
Afraid their wealth will disappear, and greedy for their wealth to multiply without hard effort

The world should have a protest against America when it arbitrarily left the Brenton Wood Agreement, where it was set 1 Dollar = 0.35 ounce of gold.
At will (if they need money), America just prints paper money (Fiat) without a gold base. As a result?

Final revision:===A syirkah contract is a cooperation contract between two or more parties for a particular business in which each party contributes 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥/funds/business capital (ra’s al-mal), where funds/non-skill capital will be provided in gold grams and capital in the form of skill is also provided in gold whose grams are determined based on agreement from the percentage of gold capital that has been collected. Because there is appreciation from investors to the founder, the founder also gives appreciation in the form of gold valuation distributed proportionally to investors, which is the only method of increasing the intrinsic valuation of this syirkah in the form of gold in the future, with the provision that profits are divided a̶c̶c̶o̶r̶d̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶a̶g̶r̶e̶e̶d̶ ̶r̶a̶t̶i̶o̶ ̶o̶r̶ proportionally which is divided every month into three posts namely: (𝟏) Profit Share to Investor (𝟐) Profit Share to Founder (𝟑) Gold Purchase that will be distributed to Investor, where investor is not allowed to withdraw from the syirkah as long as the gold purchase is not yet equal to the initial gold capital. What Mas Eko Wibowo said yesterday on the #podcast is actually still a big unresolved issue for most companies. In fact, recently, a study from Tinypulse also showed that around 74% of office workers do not receive proper appreciation or recognition for their efforts at the office.
Yet the way to appreciate employees is simple, you know. It doesn't always have to be money, you know. For example, giving sincere praise, treating the whole team to a meal, or giving extra time off or flexible time to work from home.

Roughly, 2-3 months-ish going through the role as Business Owner, and I realize all my activities are divided into these four parts:- Partner - Product - User- Marketing
These four parts must have their strategies developed on a large scale / macroview, to then be broken down into small tasks / microview.
The problem is, because my core is dev, I tend to want to be involved in the microview. Creating product development strategy is fun, but I sometimes often dive into ... development. 😅Big no!
It's fun, but once I sink into those detailed technical things, I often forget that this is the implementation of the big strategy that was carefully designed beforehand.
