Eko S. Wibowo
Programmer since 1994. Still learning, now with AI at my side.
Founder of RWID. Building Ecosphere and RWID/OS from Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Here I write about software, faith, and life as a system builder. No algorithm, no comment section, no noise.
The essence of #pemodalan #investasi with an #ekonomi #syariah mindset: 👉 Shohibul maal (capital provider) hands over a certain amount of wealth (maal) to the asset manager (Mudharib) to manage. 👉 It is the Mudharib's responsibility to safeguard and grow that wealth, and to ensure no one is wronged according to each party's rights and responsibilities. 👉 After this world is left behind, there will be an audit by the One Who Examines Most Thoroughly. Every piece of wealth will be traced as to its source and where it was used. 👉 The Mudharib must be able to exactly prepare answers to various questions on capital matters. For example, “Why did you dare to raise Rp 14T in capital when you yourself had already intended to EXIT as fast as possible? What about the fate of newbie capital providers who don't understand the nature of the stock market?” I don't know how to answer this question. Want to take shelter behind legality? What if it’s answered, “Do you think the founders of Ad*Kam*, Eas*Cas* and any online lender supervised by #ojk with debt collectors who terrorize customers until some end up bund*r .. can be saved from hisab
What about mine here? You just know it’s riba, right?” Try answering that
For the audit in that phase, I have prepared the following answer: “In 2025, #rwid assets in the form of a Villa (1.5M), Antam gold (325gr) and big bikes (#cbr 250 and #harleydavidson #iron883) total around … Rp 3M. That's why this servant only dares to open capital raising below that figure. So if at that time You decide to bring me home sooner, none of them will be harmed. Besides that, they also have the right to use those assets proportionally. They can retreat at the Villa or ride around Turi + Kaliurang by Jeep. As for motorsport and Harley, no thanks. It’s a hassle if they fall. Right? 😆”
Looks like in that hisab phase I'll be safe. At most the noisy one in this world later will be Tax. But for that my mindset is to prepare 1
Kg Antam gold. So if I really am made trouble for, “There. Just liquidate it.”
Thank you
I'm actually gentle, you know. Just try me at a meetup 😀 But when there's already a phenomenon of people grabbing other people's wealth and not caring about the fate of those whose wealth is being grabbed .. my anger gets really strong. Ugh. The mindset is one: they're just going to die, you know, thinking about piling up assets! It'd kinda make sense if people lived to 1000. But at 50 you already have cholesterol .. why live so long?
Once that anger explodes, my blood can boil. Hot! My body can tremble holding back the anger. My jaw can clamp tight for hours while I design solutions and pour out the execution strategy. In that kind of anger, if I had strong hands, I'd have torn apart a system like that! That very day! And I'd smash it to pieces until anyone who wanted to pick up the fragments would have a hard time. I'm writing this paragraph because of my anger at Bukalapak's IPO. One mindset: if it goes bankrupt, how do you recover from 14T accumulated? Because there are housewives' funds there that don't understand stocks and FOMO because the government supported it to the max???WHAT ABOUT THEIR FATE???? https://lnkd.in/gyBSmtzh
After days of going full throttle, tonight I'm taking a break. The method is simple: come home after Isya, don't go to the 2nd floor (computer room). Go straight in front of the TV, lie down. Done. As a result, I slept like a log until 4 a.m..
This break isn't really mental. Just physically tired. Since January 1, you know! Full until the 6th with no break! If I followed my desire, I'd actually still want to work more. A break like this will be a very high-quality break: waking up with a fresh body and a light head. Just leave at dawn, enjoy the morning air and be khusyu’. Then when I come back I'll be ready to start going full throttle again. My one passion: this #dcsi #rwid system should be able to be scaled in such a way that 100jt capital can get a full return, at most within 2 months returning 140jt. If I can make this happen, I can continue to phase 3: SBBS. Sale Backed Banking System. So, my trilogy of capital economics theory is:
1. GBS - Gold Backed Syirkah: creating a startup whose valuation is based on real assets in the form of gold. It must not be polished with all sorts of pitch decks and presented to VCs to get funded. The VC then polishes it again so it can enter the funding round above it, blowing up the valuation until it's finally judged a Unicorn even though it's still losing billions every month. But it's still publicized massively so people are mesmerized, "
The first Unicon to list on the stock exchange!" and the founder is beaming, "
Successfully raised 21T!". Then at EXIT. Woo.. good grief! If now it's -88% like this and say it goes bankrupt, how is the founder accountable if death comes and he's reckoned by Ar-Rahman:"
You come back here first, even though over there there are still housewives hoping to get profit from your capital gain but their funds have disappeared -88%, from 100jt only 12jt left. What is your accountability?" "
Yeah, high risk high return" "
But why did you EXIT?"".. because I knew it would eventually lose""
Why didn't you tell them all to EXIT?""
Well then I wouldn't be able to EXIT at the maximum number""
That means you really knew they would lose so you EXITed quickly, right?""... yes""
Okay, fine. That's just the reckoning for Rp 1 in your cash. Now Rp 2, from the total Rp 1T you managed to raise."" ... "
So, don't play around with a lot of wealth, okay: not only what it's earmarked for ("I already pay zakat and give charity"), but you must think deeply about its source. And the source of halal wealth is only in Bai' (exchange of goods and services in the real market). Buying and selling. Other than that is riba. I have a strict view on riba...

Actually, I'm just testing the /blog feature on the platform. But at the same time I'm testing it with the mindset of why remote work is a must.
Clue: a solution for those who want to own a house, yet live in the city with the fifth lowest minimum wage in Indonesia.
Guess the city name :D

Setup .. outdoor
The air's warm again
Note: turns out the PC is dead again (no idea why). Waiting for the guy who handles hardware, I'll use the 2015 Macbook for now 😁
Layoff is a mindset problem 😎 https://lnkd.in/g_6jaVdm
A few key requirements to become a programmer:
1. Lazy
2. Comfortable
3. Plan
4. Stubborn
5. Not a math expert 😁
Optimal: I don't know what else to add to this setup anymore. After years of trying all sorts of things, usually it doesn't last 2 weeks, always changing things .. this has been over 4 months and I haven't changed a thing at all. Perfect. And finally found a Jetbrains theme that fits my eyes and is also nostalgic: Fluorescent. The green color is awesome! Ahaha. Maybe it's also available in VSCode. Screenshot of the theme in the comment. Note: yesterday I was thinking of changing the bottom screen to OLED too, but after playing with contrast (I set it higher than brightness): it's close to what I want.
Tapera oh tapera...
As an IT person, when I continued to a Master's in Economics, the first class immediately impressed me: thinking about other people. Empathy. Ten years of undergraduate Computer Science at UGM (a duration that can never be replicated again) .. I had never thought about other people at all. What I was thinking about was OOP, optimization, databases and so on.
Now, home ownership is one of the thorny problems that won't be solved. Because the backlog will definitely keep increasing: because land prices will definitely rise (as the remaining land narrows) and also inflation erodes people's purchasing power.
Messy, right?
Financial hacks for home ownership are always being developed. From the sharia aspect, the problem is even more complicated: because in the house sale-purchase contract, the presence or absence of riba elements must be considered. The judgment that Islamic banking is also still indicated to have riba in home ownership also makes this problem messy.
How do we solve it?
Want me to tell you? Your salary has to be in dollars. Your minimum wage has to be New York's minimum wage.
Done, that settles all the problems above https://remoteworker.id Example: Jogja especially, the 3rd city with the most expensive property prices after Jakarta and Denpasar. Even though it is the city with the 5th lowest minimum wage (cmiiw) in Indonesia. How can someone with a Jogja minimum wage salary be able to buy a house? That's why work remotely abroad (TKI 2.0) and .. export your work results while your body is still in Jogja. You'll be amazed: a salary of 40 million, in a city with a minimum wage of 2 million. You can manage much of the rest to buy land in cash first, then build gradually. It's important to secure the land. The building can follow sometime later.
My current house: ==> https://lnkd.in/gysBpAPv Alhamdulillah, so much.
There's no way that could be caught up to with Jogja's minimum wage..
